Shipping policy

DELIVERY

The delivery time for orders placed on products we have in stock in Sweden is normally 2-3 business days. Whilst it is 2-5 business days for rest of the countries. Kindly be aware that these are estimates and can therefore vary.

As a customer you have the rights to cancel your order if your order is more than 30 days late. Kindly be aware that in these kind of cases, you as a client may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point, depending on the delivery method chosen when placing the order.

In these cases, the client is required and in charge of picking the order up within the specified time frame from receiving the notification of delivery, to send it back to us for full refund. If you do not pick up the parcel in time you may be charged a fee and the parcel may be sent back to us, but at your expense.

  • Sweden - Standard Shipping, 45-75kr (PostNord) 1-2 days delivery
  • Denmark - Standard Shipping, 85-95 DKK (PostNord) 2-4 days delivery
  • Norway - Standard Shipping, 129-150 NOK (PostNord) 4-5 days delivery
  • Finland - Standard Shipping, 10.9-12€ (PostNord) 4-5 days delivery

Please note that everē is not responsible for any customs duties that may arise upon delivery – such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING TO NORWAY? YES

everē is registered in the VOEC (VAT On E-Commerce) system, which means:

  • Norwegian VAT (25%) is included in your checkout total
  • You should not be charged any additional fees upon delivery
  • Packages are delivered as duty-free under the 3,000 NOK limit per item

Please note: If, for any reason, customs duties or handling fees are charged by the courier or postal service, everē cannot cover these costs – they remain the responsibility of the customer.


DELIVERY DELAYS

If delays occur, we will notify you via email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

We offer our customers 14 days to make a return, from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on our panties, due to hygiene reasons.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Contact us at hello@evere-brand.com with your order number
  2. We will send you return instructions
  3. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days


RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and hang tag
  • Our customers cover the return shipping cost, unless the item is faulty

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

As a customer, kindly ensure that your delivery information is complete and correct at the time of checkout.

We are not responsible for additional shipping costs due to incorrect addresses or failed deliveries.

In such cases, the customer is responsible for any fees incurred for re-shipment or return.

Once the package has left our warehouse, all responsibility is transferred to the shipping provider.
