Refund policy
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that refunds are subject to the same conditions as exchanges (listed below).
We do not offer free return shipping for refunds – return costs are paid by the customer.
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and approved.
Due to hygiene considerations, underwear is non-returnable and non-refundable.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Do you wish to exchange an item? No problem, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
We offer free return shipping for customers wanting to do exchanges within Sweden.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
- Contact us at hello@evere-brand.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange (style name, size, and color).
- Send the item back to us.
- Once we receive the item and approve the exchange, we will ship the new item to you.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging including hangtags.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- For orders made outside Sweden, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item you want is out of stock, we will let you know and offer you a refund or store credit instead.
