Shipping & Delivery
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Typically, delivery takes 2-3 business days within Sweden and 2-7 business days for delivery to other Nordic countries and the rest of the EU. During major holidays or promotions, delivery may take a little longer.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver within the entire Scandinavian region, please see our shipping policy for more information. If you don’t see your country as an option during checkout, please contact us, and we will look into the possibility of shipping to your country.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs depend on your chosen delivery method and location. You will be able to see the exact shipping cost during checkout based on your delivery address. We offer free shipping within Sweden for orders over 1000 SEK.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. For further details, please refer to our return policy.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
To make a return or exchange, please contact our customer service at hello@evere-brand.com, and we will provide further instructions. You will need to include your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
ORDER AND TRACKING
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Please contact us as soon as possible, we can only modify orders before they are dispatched.
GIFT CARDS
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes, digital gift cards are available on our website. Please note that free shipping is only available for orders where the total product value exceeds 1000 SEK. Unfortunately, the value of gift cards is not included in the order total for free shipping calculations.
DO GIFT CARDS EXPIRE?
Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

A detailed size guide on each product page to help you find the right fit. In addition, we provide model measurements and size references within the product descriptions to guide your selection.
